• Training Systems that help you fill their chairs, FAST and 'teach them how to fish'
• And some new ways to look at your role as Salon Owner!

 
In my experience, many times we're getting 'great' stylists and we don't recognize it and we don't have a process that identifies them, gives them a place and a way to grow and expand their skills and instead they end up turning from Dr. Jeckyl into Mr. Hide or leaving!
